Section 101, a New York based company that delivers a dynamic web-based solution providing simple and effective tools for entertainment brands is going to be participating in A2IM’s Indie Week once again, taking place at the end of June in New York City.

The 8th anniversary of A2IM's Indie Week, which runs from June 18-20, is put together by the American Association of Independent Music (A2IM), a Non-Profit Corporation operated by and for the benefit of its Members, promoting sector opportunity and improving the business conditions for its combined membership. Section 101 is proud to be a sponsor of this event alongside Consolidated Independent, Mitchell, Silberberg and Knupp, LLP, Nielsen Entertainment,Rdio and Sounds Australia.

Indie Week will kick off at the Santos Party House for the opening night reception and then move to the Tribeca Grand Hotel for the rest of the events. Section 101 will be exhibiting in the Grand Foyer Room as well as hosting Section 101 Break Out Sessions where we will help those interested re-model their website, provide easy steps to help get online quickly, share best practices and more insider tips. Additionally, CEO Liz Leahy will be doing a presentation on the last day of Indie Week, June 20, discussing the Section 101 platform and providing music labels with key solutions to maximize their online presence.

A2IM will also host the 2nd Annual Libera Awards at the Highline Ballroom on Thursday, June 20th where Independent music labels, Executives, artists and partners get together to celebrate the success of their community in an awards event voted on by their peers.
