SXSW 2012 kicks off on March 9th in Austin, TX. From exhibiting to speaking to presenting showcases and industry meet-ups, Section 101's team will be participating in every facet of this year's festival.

Section 101 is proud to be a charter member of Quantum Collective, a group of entertainment, new media and consumer brand companies that aims to expand awareness for artists, brands and causes through their collaborative efforts.
Quantum Collective’s first major initiative begins with “Southwest Invasion” in Austin, TX during SXSW 2012. Southwest Invasion includes a series of artist showcases at downtown Austin venues, including Rusty's and Chuggin' Monkey, as well as industry mixers and an invite-only media luncheon at a private house, dubbed “Section 101 Launchpad” located in Austin’s Historic District. The keystone event of the Southwest Invasion will take place on the Rooftop Plaza at Whole Foods Market (Lamar), featuring live performances by Semi Precious Weapons, Metro Station, Graffiti6 and other leading artists.
Several Section 101 artists will be showcasing at SXSW including Diane Birch, Rachael Yamagata, Jenn Bostic, Haroula Rose, Jimmy Lloyd and Tommy Burnett.
